The Village Show
Congratulations to all those of all ages who exhibited wonderful flowers, fruit and vegetables, to all those who painted, stitched and photographed; many, quite rightly, achieving awards, cups and trophies! Thanks to all the organisers who worked so hard in many ways to make the event such a pleasure to attend.
 
HAVE YOU GOT YOUR TICKETS?  It’s the Great Village Bake this Sunday 25^th 2.30pm-4.30pm, when the WI and Luncheon Club members produce  Afternoon Tea with live music from The Ragtime Rascals...what a way to spend an afternoon! Only £10.00 pp
 
On Sunday 9^th October at 7.30pm, the most amazing music will be heard in the Main Hall, as we are so fortunate to have Red Moon Road, a professional and very talented trio from Canada. They play a wide range of musical instruments and different styles of music through the influence of French, Folk and Blues. Doors open 7pm, Bar provided, cabaret style seating. When Magic and Science Collide Thursday 24^th November 7pm...amazing tricks inspired by astounding science..suitable for everyone over the age of 7. £7.50 adult £4.00child. Once again a professional touring act, not to be missed. To buy tickets see above.

Wetheral Village Christmas Fayre yes, hard to think of this when the sun is still warm in the garden! With Santa Grotto.  Saturday 26^th November. Please note a new builder and organiser for the Grotto is required for 2017.
Tickets for the New Years Eve Ceilidh with Thrice Brewed will be on sale at 11.30am at this event. Numbers for the Ceilidh will be strictly limited this year to allow plenty of room for full dancing in the Hall !
